The Board of Equalization administers California’s property tax system. Property taxes fund schools, community services, local amenities such as parks, beaches and emergency services.

The family home is one of the few avenues for working and middle class families to build wealth.

Protecting the Rights of Taxpayers

Closing loopholes and providing transparency and access to build public trust and cooperation.

Supporting the Department & the Assessors…

in their constitutional duty to fairly administer California’s property tax system.

David Dodson – Holiday Meet & Greet

My first Meet & Greet is TOMORROW! December 12th from 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm at Green Flash Brewing Co. in San Diego. I’m looking forward to spreading the word about my campaign. Some of my friends from college will be there, I am grateful for their support. Also friends and newer connections will be coming to learn more about me and the Board of Equalization.
