David runs the Board of Equalization’s Southern California office.

The Board of Equalization administers California’s property tax system. Property taxes fund schools, community services, local amenities such as parks, beaches and emergency services.

Closing loopholes and providing transparency and access to build public trust and cooperation.

in their constitutional duty to fairly administer California’s property tax system.

San Bernardino County Democratic Central Committee

I enjoyed meeting with the San Bernardino County Democratic Central Committee and introducing myself as a candidate for Board of Equalization. I listened to Evan Thomas speak of the restorative justice system. Jim Gallagher shared his concerns about defending School Boards. Jo Ann Bollen spoke of how to respond to the January 6 insurrection and redistricting was discussed as well. The new lines have been drawn and the Board of Equalization Fourth District now includes Ontario, Chino, Chino Hills, and Rancho Cucamonga. We will miss some of our other constituents who have shifted to the First District. Please keep informed.
