David runs the Board of Equalization’s Southern California office.

The Board of Equalization administers California’s property tax system. Property taxes fund schools, community services, local amenities such as parks, beaches and emergency services.

California Democratic Party Veterans Caucus

It was great to meet with the California Democratic Party Veterans Caucus on Wednesday. Having served in the United States Coast Guard Reserve, the success of veterans and military families is always of great interest to me. I enjoyed listening to Malia Cohen speak of the Veterans programs at the Board of Equalization. I always appreciate Milia’s voice representing the Board of Equalization Second District. I enjoyed listening to the line up of fellow speakers including Mike Levin, Maxine Waters, and Alex Padilla. I feel optimistic about the strength of Democratic candidates in 2022. I hope to be your choice for the Board of Equalization Fourth District.
