I truly enjoyed meeting with the Anaheim Democrats on Saturday. Rashad Al-Dabbagh spoke about the history of the Little Arabia neighborhood and the importance of recognizing the cultural and economic contributions to the community by creating an official designation of Little Arabia. Anaheim City Councilmember Dr. Jose Moreno also provided an update on current issues including affordable housing and holding the Disney Corporation accountable for their responsibilities to the local community.
